Refund policy
Custom items are not eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit. Non-custom items are eligible for store credit within 14 days of when your order was received. The customer will be responsible for shipping the unwanted item back. Once the unwanted item has been received, store credit will be issued.Â
If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, color, or spelling error, etc), reach out via email (shopbypws@gmail.com) or Instagram DM (@bypws) with a photo of what was received for our records as soon as possible. Together, we will work on a solution.Â
